Themed Basket Auction! We are asking that each team to put together one themed basket to be sold at the auction. Your team’s basket could reflect your team name or even your sponsor. Be sure to ask your sponsor to donate items. What great advertising! When turning in your basket fill out two tags, for the basket. Baskets will not be given out until paid for. The highest bidder will receive one of the tags, when they win the bid. To retrieve the basket you turn in the slip you received. Your team will be credited for whatever amount the basket sells for. We will be having an auctioneer conduct the sale beginning at 7:00 pm. Make sure to invite your friends and family to come and bid on the baskets! You do not want to miss out on this event! Three weeks prior to the Relay you must submit an itemized list of what’s in the basket and its value. We will take all the basket information and hand out a flyer just before the auction. You must bring the basket to the tent by the stage by 5:00 pm for viewing. They will be placed in the order they will be sold. We will randomly draw numbers for the order of selling the baskets on Bank Night.
